'The B & B, E & E Getaway' and 'Dinner & Dungeon' *nightly arrangements do NOT include dinner, but does include: -Arrival snack of fresh fruit, local seasonal items, Pellegrino, Acqua Panna Spring water, and/or Sparkling cider. Fresh flowers and candles will adorn the dungeon for couples. -Visitors will have full use of the house and kitchen, so bringing items to cook for yourselves is fine. Menu choices can also be added. -Mistress/slave time with ms. aye can be added to this if interested. Daily arrival time is 1-2pm or after, and next day exit is noon. The Getaway combination includes: -Includes 1 afternoon to overnight arrangement.  Arrival must be before noon.  Some exceptions MAY BE made if there are travel issues. The reason for this is the list of activities that follow need to be scheduled for your enjoyment. -Airport and bus transportation to and from, if necessary. -Arrival snack of fresh fruit, local seasonal items, Pellegrino, Acqua Panna Spring water, and Sparkling cider. Fresh flowers and candles will adorn the dungeon. -One play session with the Mistress. Time varies, usually 2 hours. This time can also be of instruction and guidance for Couples to get your night started! My Studio member, ms. aye, who is a submissive switch is also available in advance. -3 course Gourmet meal for 1 (singles) or 2 (couples) from the Segreto's exclusive menu. Dietary needs/desires must be discussed before arrival. For single Guests, Mistress joins you for dinner. -The use of the house and fully equipped Dungeon for the evening. (the sleep area could be in the dungeon) :) For singles, there is another play session (1 hourish, I don't clockwatch) after dinner. When you recover from your day/evening.... Mistress returns and breakfast arrives.  (Menu is posted) There could be more deviance before you leave! Potato Leek Soup-- The in house recipe of potato, leeks, and special spices make this soup lighter yet a satisfying start to your meal. Fresh Tuscan baguette bread with a roasted garlic head and garlic and chive butter is served with all insalate and antipasti. INSALATE Misto Verde-- Mixed baby greens tossed with a mandarin orange vinagrette and accented with toasted oregano parmesan pignoli. (the above insalate can be served with House Italian vinagrette if desired) Antipasto Caprese-- Imported buffalo mozzarella accompanies sliced vine tomatoes with tender prosciutto, and a drizzle of house oil and balsamic vinagrette is the finishing touch. Breaded Vegetable Insalate:  This item was created for Gluten-free visitors. Tender, fresh eggplant, squash, mushrooms, sliced plum tomatoes, and leeks are breaded with gluten-free flour and fresh parmesan/romano mix, and baked with a drizzle of light olive oil, and served atop a bed of mixed baby greens.  House Italian vinagrette accompanies. (The above can also be turned into a main course, accompanied with gluten-free al dente pasta and House Alla Vodka/Black Truffle sauce.)  Mistress is also working on more gluten-free dips, sauces and dressings.  Please ask. PASTA Linguini Di Spinaci-- A Perfect vegetarian dish. Fresh sautéed spinach tossed with light organic olive oil and garlic and al dente linguini. Fresh cracked pepper and smoked sea salt to taste. Linguini Alle Vongole-- sautéed out of the shell sea clams tossed with a white wine and garlic butter sauce with al dente linguini. A true treat. Gnocchi-- A recipe of the Mistress. Potato pasta with your choice of 2 sauces: Gorgonzola Alfredo-- rich, home made alfredo with the tang of gorgonzola cheese. Alla Vodka and Black Truffle-- with prosciutto bits and a red vodka sauce. ENTREES *NEW*-- Lasagne De Marquis De Sade-- Mistress' made black truffle/vodka sauce with added heat. Hand made pasta layered with parm/ricotta cheese, buffalo mozzarella, spinache, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, and piquante peppers. Salmone Caponata-- Beautifully broiled salmon is served with My receipe caponata sauce of tomatoes, olives, onions, peppers, and oregano. Atop an al dente bed of linguini. DOLCI THE SEGRETO: `The Secret'-- This is the traditional route to the palate of sensual ecstasy…and maybe more!
